Introduction

At YR Herbalcure Dawakhana (Regd.), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and purity of our Ayurvedic, Unani, and herbal products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and request refunds. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The product is not a perishable item or a product with a limited shelf life.
  • The product is not a customized, personalized, or specially prepared order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Perishable items such as food products, honey, and ghee (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Products that have been customized or personalized for you.
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective).
  • Attar perfumes and essential oils (due to hygiene reasons).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at +91-8800537278 or +91-9870371184 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at info@yrherbalcure.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take every precaution to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping charges. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product and provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card & UPI Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or as per the instructions provided by our customer support team.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or size, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. You may be required to pay any difference in price or additional shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
  • Contact our customer support team for assistance, and we will help you track the refund status.

Bulk Orders and Wholesale Returns

For bulk orders or wholesale purchases, returns and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the volume and nature of bulk orders, additional terms may apply. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific situation.

Consumer Responsibility

We strongly recommend that you read all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before making a purchase. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used incorrectly, or if you are dissatisfied with the results due to personal preference or individual response to the product.
